*Hospital deliveries are currently suspended till further notice.

Our delivery partner will deliver your flowers/ gifts within the time-slots selected for all orders made through our website. Our orders are capped on a daily basis and all our products are made-to-order to ensure the best quality upon delivery. Customer can rest assured that our products are NOT pre-made or mass-produced. 


ūüí≤ CHARGES

We offer FREE DELIVERY within Singapore for orders above S$40.

  • Standard delivery fee of $15¬†per location is applicable for orders below S$40
  • If you require your order to reach at a specific time (ie. 3pm - 4pm), do contact us at 8687 3859 to check for the availability prior placing your order online. There will be an additional surcharge of $15 per location for such services.¬†

ūüēô¬†¬†TIME-SLOTS

Our delivery time-slots are available from Monday to Friday as follows:

  • 2.00pm - 6.00pm
  • 6.00pm - 10.00pm

We are closed on every Saturday & Sunday.


‚Ěó¬†CHANGES TO DELIVERY¬†DATE/ TIME-SLOT/ ADDRESS

Any changes to the delivery details (date/ timing/ address) have to be done at least 24 hours in advance. 


    ‚Ěó¬†UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY (GENERAL)

    Do ensure that the recipient or a representative is present at the delivery address during the delivery date and time-slot.

    If the recipient is not around/ unreachable:

    • We will refer to the "Delivery Permission" as per your order.
      Either "Leave at doorstep" or "Re-schedule (Additional Fee applies)"

    In circumstances that we are unable to leave at doorstep (ie: Leaving it outside a landed property, office head quarters, etc), we will:

      • Try to contact the recipient. Should the recipient be uncontactable, we will contact the sender for instructions (if contact number is provided)
      • If we are unable to contact both recipient and sender, our delivery¬†partner will return the order back to¬†studio and our admin team will contact the¬†sender to schedule for a re-delivery.
      • Re-delivery will be charged at $15.00 per location at our next earliest possible date and time-slot. Payment has to be made prior to re-delivery.
      • Should the quality of the products deteriorate prior to re-delivery,¬†sender will have to bear the full cost to remake the products

    ‚Ěó¬†UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY (DUE TO INCORRECT DETAILS)

    If the address provided is incorrect:

      • Our delivery¬†partner will return the order back to¬†studio and our admin team will contact the¬†sender to schedule for a re-delivery.
      • Re-delivery will be charged at $15.00 per location at our next earliest possible date and time-slot. Payment has to be made prior to re-delivery.
      • Should the quality of the products deteriorate prior to re-delivery,¬†sender will have to bear the full cost to remake the products

    Customer privacy is of utmost importance to us.

    No billing details and packing slip will attached. We will not disclose any customer information to anyone even at the request of the recipient. 

    If you have selected "Leave at doorstep", we will not bear any responsibility for any missing or damage item.

    At LikeWildflower, we provide delivery to most addresses within Singapore. However, we do not deliver to the following locations:

    • Tuas Area / Marina Bay Sands / IRAS
    • All islands outside mainland Singapore (Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc.)
    • All Airports (Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, etc.)
    • All Military facilities, including:
      (i)   Military Camps and Defense facilities
      (ii)  Military Airbases
      (iii) Naval Bases
    • All Police, Special Operations and SCDF stations
    • All Sea Ports and Shipyards (Jurong Ports, Jurong Shipyard, Keppel Shipyard, etc.)
    • All Prisons and Detention facilities
    • All Immigration Checkpoints (Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, etc.)
    • All Power Stations
    • All High Security Areas
    • All other Restricted Areas
